Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Victory The Store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our standard Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Please note that if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facilities, the estimated delivery time is between 4 and 8 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: 4 - 8 Business Days

  • Processing Time: 2 - 3 Business Days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs clearance processes. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of the package being handed over to the courier.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Victory The Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.). By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

5. Damages and Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging and the item upon receipt. If you find any damage, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will do our best to assist you in the process, but we are not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
