Return and Refund Policy of Victory The StoreAt Victory The Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with Italian Consumer Law (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), you have the right to return your purchase under the conditions outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)You have the right to withdraw from this contract and return your product within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received the goods physically.You do not need to provide any reason for exercising this right.How to Exercise Your Right of ReturnTo exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an explicit statement. Effects of Withdrawal & RefundsIf you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

• Refund Timeline: The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
• Refund Method: We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Return Shipping Costs

• Please note that the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
• You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

Condition of Returned Items You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and complete with all tags and accessories.
• If the item is returned damaged or showing signs of wear beyond simple inspection, a deduction may be applied to your refund.

Exceptions to the Right of WithdrawalThe right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., underwear, certain cosmetics).
• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
